2. Sales are made on first come first serve basis. So please drop me an e-mail to inform us that you're interested.

3. Please NO backing out after confirmation of order. Kindly notify us if you're not interested on the item within 24 hours.

4. All prices stated are not negotiable

5. Reservations can only be made for a maximum period of 3 days. Once that time is up, we'll make the item available to the next interested buyer.

6. Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.

7. Accessories are NOT included unless it is stated.

8. We are not responsible for any loss / damage caused during delivery of items.

9. Account number will be given after confirmation of order. Please do notify us after you have made your payments. Also, please keep the bank-in slip as proof.
